Here is why the book An Introduction to Mental Development is not free:
On the one hand, it would be good to reach as many people as possible, but on the other hand, people do not value free stuff. If this book could be downloaded on this site, most people would probably just file it somewhere and never have another look.
Then, the author has very little income, and this book may contribute a little bit to it.
That being said, in case you cannot afford the cheapest option (the PDF e-book), for whatever reason, feel free to send me an email message and I will send you a free copy. If you do not own a computer I may even send you a printed book (if I happen to have paperback copies at hand).
